Kate Galloway Hale
Partner
Kate is a property solicitor with over 20 years of experience working in medium and large law firms both in England and Australia before setting up Galloway Hughes in 2008 with Karl Hughes. Kate acts in all residential and commercial property matters, including residential sales, purchases and developments, re-financing transactions, commercial leases including 1954 Act renewals, commercial property developments and sales/acquisitions. Kate is a graduate of Durham University and attended the College of Law in Guildford, qualifying as a solicitor in 1995.

Karl Hughes

Karl graduated with a history degree from Exeter University and went on to the College of Law, York to obtain his academic and professional law qualifications. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2001 at a top City law firm, he joined a large Elmbridge law firm in 2004 and went on to co-found Galloway Hughes in 2008. Karl is a residential property specialist with particular expertise acting in Housing Association transactions and retirement homes.

Brian Noble
Partner
Brian graduated from the University of Coventry in 2002 and then studied at the College of Law in Birmingham. After qualifying as a solicitor in 2005 he decided to specialise in commercial property working in high quality law firms in the Home Counties before joining Galloway Hughes in 2013. Brian became partner heading up the commercial property department the following year.

Johdi Hutchins
Partner / Practice Manager
Johdi joined Galloway Hughes in May 2010 as a Practice Manager and was invited to become a Partner in 2014. She qualified from Northumberland University with a degree in Business & Finance in 1994 and enjoyed careers in various industries before settling in law.
Johdi also provides the important and essential role of Accounts Manager, which includes compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules, liaising with the firm's accountants and bankers and dealing with the day to day finance transactions of all the matters upon which we are acting as a firm.

Louise is based in the firm’s Esher office. With over 18 years experience in Residential Conveyancing, Louise is a Chartered Legal Executive, having worked the majority of her career in a large Conveyancing Department of a National Law Firm in Kingston. Louise acts for all clients in residential matters and likes to pay particular attention to providing excellent customer service.

Tania has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, ranging from estate agency to residential conveyancing. Tania has recently joined Galloway Hughes from a large conveyancing department in a national law firm, covering all aspects of residential conveyancing, and is primarily based in the firm’s Richmond office.

Arig joined us from an International Law Firm. She is a Chartered Legal Executive based in our Richmond office. Her experience is wide-ranging both in the private and public sectors. Arig acts for clients in a variety of residential property transactions. She is considered, client focussed, looks to bring added value and outstanding client service.

Samera Seepersand

Samera graduated from Keele University with a Law and Politics degree and went on to study at the College of Law in Guildford to do her LPC. Samera qualified as a Solicitor in 2008 and acts for all clients in residential conveyancing matters. She also holds a Masters in International Law.

Nicola Dudley

Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 1993 Nicola has concentrated on tax planning for the individual and particularly enjoys Inheritance Tax planning for the family, spreading wealth through the generations in the most tax efficient manner.
Her areas of expertise include lifetime and post death tax planning, Wills and Trusts (including continuing Trust management), obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration and administration of estates, general and specific Powers of Attorney including Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.
Nicola acts for a diverse mix of clients primarily in the London, Surrey and Sussex areas, having practiced both in city and high street firms. She is a member of The Law Society, The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and Solicitors for the Elderly.

Catriona Dokimakis
Solicitor
Catriona first worked at Galloway Hughes as a paralegal for six months from 2014 to 2015, before returning to the firm in January 2018, having qualified as a solicitor in December 2016. Catriona acts for clients in all residential matters.
Prior to her career in law Catriona has had a varied career as an estate agent, a business analyst and in retail management. Catriona is a law graduate of Surrey University and went on to The University of Law in Guildford, passing with a distinction.
